DARI DAPUR AXIMUD : CHICKEN & MUSHROOM CONGEE


Menu last untuk hari ini. Malam ini masak CHICKEN & MUSHROOM CONGEE. Bahasa melayunya bubur ayam dan cendawan.

1/2 cup brown rice
4 pieces dried shitake mushroom(sliced thinly)
1/2 sliced carrot

1/2 skinless chicken breast
4 cups chicken stock
Ginger grated
Salt and pepper


Put the rice and stock in pot. Simmer until rice has softened. Add in the mushroom, carrot, chicken and ginger. Continue to simmer until desired consistency. Season to taste. Spoon into bowl and served.

Satu hidangan dalam 270 kcal. Ok sangat for dinner.. Alhamdulillah kenyang sudah dinner. Bubur macam ni aku suka! Makan pulak dengan lada kicap..
