Take Time To REALIZE..

If you just realize what I just realized,
Then we'd be perfect for each other
And will never find another
Just realized what I just realized
We'd never have to wonder if
We missed out on each other now..


I'm really in da mood to cook something,since i didn't want the Onion incident(if you know what i mean) to happen again..so looking in my kitchen and i've found so many thing's to cook,yet i decided to make Fried Rice Vermicelli..Or in a simple words Fried Beehoon.Frankly speaking i'm not a big fan of Beehoon,but still-i can consume it as much as all of you can.

Does this going to be another step in order for me to face the recession era?i guess so..haha..sound's like i'm desperate but i dont care what did you think about me,all i know is i'm happy live my life just like this.Stop think about what other's might think about you-because You know you better than anyone elses..and that's the way it is.

So here we go-Fried Rice Vermicelli is on board now..Check it out.

a lot of Vegetables inside my fridges..FYI,I love Vegetables so much!!


Reconstitute rice vermicelli according to package instructions (usually soaking in water for 20 mins will do),drain and set aside.

Chop the White meat (Chicken) into pieces,

Blend the Garlic

Over a medium fire,stir fry a garlic,then add the chopped chicken and fry until it cook

add on the Chilli paste,Oyster sauce,and Chilli sauce

Toss the Rice Vermicelli and put in the mixture,stir well


Put in all of the vegetables(Chinese cabbage,Mushroom,carrot) into the fry pan..Stir the noodles and vegies together to mix well, then push to the sides of the fry pan,
and add an egg in the centre of it. As each portion of the egg set flick up onto the surround noodles and vegie, continue until all eggs are cooked and flicked onto the noodle mixture

Yeah...Here we go-Fried Beehoon was ready to got served..

alone for dinner-that's not a big deal for me though..Kinda used to it..Kinda love it now..haha

Much more better if you can include Hot Tea in your dinner package..Like i did.

If you smart enough to realize that why i have to cooked in a big portion and not in a single portion-my answer is simple-Because i managed to have a delicious Breakfast from the excessive Dinner last Night this morning-and that's really help me to save a lot.at least it could,better than never.

Not to mention,The taste of this meal is so Damn Good.

It's Delicious i tell you.
